2. Fabrication on thermoplastic.(Rapid prototype)
To realize our your concept concepts in a fast way ( Rapid prototype ) and test the part’s success on part’s structure as well as cosmetic feature, we also provide our customers fabrication services on thermoplastic. The tolerance can reach +/-0.05 mm. The general plastic sheets include ABS, POM、PMMA、PC、PP、PA、PBT、PS etc . They can be done within 24 hours.

Our in house mold press is from 50 Tonnage to 280 Tonnage for single injection molding. You can also find our 2K and 3K molding services from 20 Tonnage to 250 Tonnage in our molding house. Each molding press is equipped with robot and advanced center feeding system and accurate temperature control system. We are specialized in molding high precision plastic parts including Automotive, Transparent lensghts, Unscrewing pipe & valve parts, Precision gear, Digital products and multiple cavities like cap, toys etc.
